Ingredients
- 50ml bourbon whiskey (American whiskey)
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25ml simple sugar syrup (proportion 1:1 – 1 part of water to 1 part of sugar)
- 15ml pasteurised egg white ( ! Consuming raw or lightly cooked eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness).
- 2 dashes (1dash ≈ 0.5ml) Angostura Bitters
- ice cubes

How to make Whiskey Sour
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
