Ingredients:
- 25ml Elderflower cordial
- 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- soda water (or sparkling water)
- ice cubes
Equipment:
Bar spoon.
How to make Elderflower Spritzer:
Pour first 2 ingredients into ice-filled glass. Top with soda and lightly stir.
Glass:
Big wine glass.
Garnish:
Lemon zest twist.
