Espresso Martini – a sumptuous cocktail made with vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso.
Ingredients
- 50ml rum or vodka (depending on your preference)
- 25ml coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlua, Tia Maria)
- double shot of espresso coffee (freshly made & hot)

How to make Espresso Martini
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
