Baby Guinness is a popular shot drink that is made to resemble the iconic Guinness stout beer. It is typically made by layering a small amount of Irish cream liqueur on top of a shot of coffee liqueur. The dark colour of the coffee liqueur creates the appearance of a miniature Guinness pint. The drink is typically served chilled and is often consumed as a shooter.
