Ingredients:

  • 50ml bourbon whiskey
  • 1 cube of brown sugar (1 barspoon /teaspoon of sugar)
  • 2 dashes (1dash ≈ 0.5ml) Angostura Bitters
  • ice cubes

Equipment:

  • Muddler
  • Bar spoon

How to make Old fashioned:

  1. Muddle brown sugar with Angostura Bitters and 10ml of bourbon in base of glass.
  2. Half fill glass with ice, add the rest of the bourbon and stir with bar spoon. Top with more ice and stir until desired wash-line is reached.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist and a stirrer (optional).
