Ingredients:
- 10ml gin
- 10ml vodka
- 10ml white rum
- 10ml white tequila
- 10ml triple sec liqueur (e.g. Cointreau)
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10ml simple sugar syrup (proportion 1:1 – 1 part of water to 1 part of sugar)
- cola (e.g. Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola)
- ice cubes
Equipment:

How to make Long Island Iced Tea:
Shake first 7 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. Top with cola and lightly stir.
Glass:
Highball.
Garnish:
Lemon slice.
