Caiprinha

Ingredients

  • 50ml cachaça
  • 3 barspoons (teaspoons) of brown sugar
  • 3-4 wedges of lime (depending on size)
  • crushed ice

Equipment

  • Muddler
  • Bar spoon

How to make Caiprinha

  1. Muddle brown sugar & lime wedges in base of glass.
  2. Add cachaça.
  3. Half fill glass with crushed ice and stir with bar spoon. Top with more crushed ice and stir until desired wash-line is reached. Serve with straws.
