- 3 parts (75ml) Prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
- 2 parts (50ml) Aperol
- 1 part (25ml) soda water (or sparkling water)
- ice cubes

How to make Aperol Spritz
Pour Prosecco, Aperol and soda into ice-filled glass and lightly stir.
Glass
Big wine glass (or a big Rocks glass).
Garnish
Orange slice.
