Ingredients
- 50ml rum
- 3 barspoons (teaspoons) of brown sugar
- 3-4 wedges of lime (depending on size)
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 50 ml soda water (club soda, sparkling water)
- crushed ice

How to make Mojito
- Muddle brown sugar & lime wedges of lime in base of glass.
- Add mint and gently press once (just to bruise it enough to release the oils to flavor the drink. If you muddle the mint too much it brings out a bitter taste that overpowers the natural mint flavor).
- Add rum.
- Add soda water.
- Half fill glass with crushed ice and stir with bar spoon. Top with more crushed ice and stir until desired wash-line is reached. Serve with straws.
